"Customs fees out of nowhere"
I ordered the dress thinking the total at checkout was the final price, and then suddenly I got hit with customs fees at delivery like some kind of surprise plot twist. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere, but it definitely wasn’t clear enough. I was so annoyed because it made the dress way more expensive than I expected. Kind of ruined the whole excitement of getting it.

"Seriously needs more payment options"
I was so annoyed when I got to checkout and realized they don’t accept PayPal. Like, why is this still a thing? I just wanted to pay quickly and move on with my life, but instead it turned into this whole little frustration spiral. Please add more payment options!

I was actually excited to pick up a dress, but the sizing options were so limited it was frustrating. A lot of the pieces seem to stop at smaller sizes, and the fit notes didn’t really help unless you’re built like the model. It felt like bigger bodies just weren’t being considered at all. Like, you want people to shop, but don’t offer sizes for them? Make it make sense. I ended up closing the site and not buying anything

I went in expecting a bit more to choose from, but the selection felt really limited. A lot of the styles and colors looked almost the same, and there wasn’t much variety when it came to different fits. It felt like a preventable issue if they had just mixed up the options a little more. I got bored quickly and ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Wish the packaging had been better"
I was disappointed when my order arrived. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more premium, but the packaging looked cheap and mine was squashed when I opened it. The bag was already split on one side too, which just made the whole thing feel rushed. I really wanted to be excited about it, especially from a brand like this, but I kind of regret ordering after seeing how it was packed.

I had a discount code showing up, but then when I got to checkout it just kinda vanished. Reached out to support and they basically brushed it off, so yeah, not a great experience.

"Not my style, and the changing terms are annoying"
This just isn’t my style at all. The designs feel boring and kind of dated, and after scrolling around the site, a lot of it started to look the same to me. For the price, I expected something a little more unique. On top of that, I’m not a fan of how the terms seem to keep changing, it makes the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needs to be.

"Refund Was Way More Hassle Than It Should’ve Been"
I ordered a few items and returned them exactly the way I was told to, but getting my refund sorted was such a pain. I had to follow up more than once, and every reply seemed slow and not all that helpful. it felt like way too much effort just to get my own money back after a return. Disappointing experience, and I’m not in a hurry to order from them again...

I bought this dress looking after it has been a bit of a pain. I followed the wash instructions, but after just one clean it still came out looking off, like the fabric had lost its shape or something about it just didn’t sit right anymore. For the price, I really thought it would be easier to maintain. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I bought this dress to wear to a wedding, the second I tried it on, I just had that sinking feeling. It looked way more elegant in the photos, but in person it felt thinner and more revealing than I expected, and the whole vibe was just off for the occasion.
It might work for a night out or something less formal, but for a wedding, no. I can’t fully explain it, it just didn’t feel right at all. I ended up scrambling to buy another dress last minute, which was really frustrating.

I ordered a size 8 dress and they sent me a size 12 instead. Like I said, it was the wrong size, so I had to go back and forth to get it sorted. It took way longer than it should have, and like I said, it was just annoying overall

"My preorder experience was honestly frustrating"
I preordered thinking it would be straightforward, but wow, it ended up feeling like I was just waiting forever with no real idea what was going on. I kept checking for updates and there really wasn’t anything clear, which made it even more annoying because I didn’t know if it was delayed, stuck, forgotten, or what. I get that preorders can take time, but the lack of communication made the whole thing feel way messier than it needed to be.

"Nice clothes, but the store visit felt a bit awkward"
I went in to try on a dress I’d seen online, and the clothes were really pretty. But the staff, I mean, they didn’t really seem interested in helping much and mostly just kind of stood around. The sizing was confusing too, and the fitting rooms felt a little rushed. It wasn’t a terrible visit or anything, but for the price, I was expecting the whole experience to feel a bit nicer

I ordered a dress from becandbridge.com.au what a joke. It looked so different from the photos and description that I felt like I’d been sent some random knockoff. The fit was weird, the fabric felt cheap compared to what I expected, and the whole thing was just disappointing. If they’d been clearer about what it was actually like, I never would’ve bought it...

"Nice Looking Site, But Kind of Frustrating"
The site looks good at first, but using it just confirmed what I already kind of expected from clothing websites like this. The pages were slow for me, and every time I went back from a product, the filters seemed to reset, which got annoying fast. I also had to click around way too much just to find size info. Checkout did work eventually, so I’ll give it that, but the whole browsing experience felt clunky. For a clothing site, I expected it to be a lot easier.
